Our founder and designer, New Orleans native William Monaghan, custom-designed our homes to fit a wide variety of family needs and lot sizes. All of our models reflect traditional New Orleans architectural styles while featuring open floorplans, 9' ceilings, and large windows. Our elevated, energy efficient homes come with tasteful finishes and plenty of options.

The NAPOLEON I

The versatile Napoleon is a modern version of the traditional New Orleans shotgun, featuring an airy open floorplan.

The NAPOLEON II

This modern double shotgun serves as excellent two family home, with two bedrooms on each side.

The CARROLLTON I

Designed to fit on a narrow lot, this three-bedroom home maximizes living space within a compact floor plan.

The ELEANOR

The Eleanor features a grand 38’ wide front porch, leaving plenty of space in the rear for a garden, deck or pool.

The FILMORE

With its center hall entrance and large living area in the rear, the Filmore is the newest and largest Build Now home.

The OCTAVIA I

The Octavia's public space stretches from the 28' front porch to the back yard, gracefully separating private and shared areas.

The OCTAVIA II

A great family home, the Octavia II adds a second full bathroom to the spacious Octavia I plan.

The CARROLLTON II

The four-bedroom version of our popular Carrollton plan.

The DELACHAISE I

The expansive living area and rear deck of the comfortable Delachaise I provide plenty of room to entertain family and friends.

The DELACHAISE II

The Delachaise II adds square footage to the master bedroom and living room to the floor plan of the spacious Delachaise I.

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, constructs new, elevated, site-built homes in New Orleans' flood-impacted neighborhoods, as well as providing educational and counseling services for New Orleans residents affected by Hurricane Katrina.
